Did you know that when you buy celery from the store you can regrow it into a new plant? That's right! All you have to do is put the end in a pot and let it grow. It's such a waste to throw away things that we can use again, like veggies! You can also regrow potatoes and onions among other vegetables. It's really easy to do and if you have kids it would be a fun lesson in gardening and how to not be wasteful!
